My partners employer has recently installed night vision cctv within the workplace. He has put the camera in an inconspicuous place, he has not informed the staff, also not placed any warning notices of surveillance equipment. Could someone point me to a website which would clarify the laws (within the U.K) on this matter. Many thanks
