| Questions: My neighbor has CCTV camera intentionally pointed at our backyard, is he doesn't even attempt to focus it towards his backyard, it serves no purpose other than to watch our backyard (which is none of his business). Now, I've called the police dept. and they said that it's legal for him to have it on his property (ok, I understand), but to have it pointed to OUR backyard?! wtf. He said it was common courtesy for him to move it and that we should ask him. Thing is, you can't reason with this man. The last time my mom asked him nicely to move his porta-potty away from our house he attempted to assault my dad and I had to call the police. Unfortunately, they didn't speak to him. WE are the ones that should have surveillance seeing as he has harassed my little sisters, thrown rocks at my dog and throws his trash to our side. This person, has no job either so he is home all the time. His wife doesn't seem to care about what he does. Now, we have NEVER disrespected his wife or harassed his three kids, he's acting out because when they moved in, we wouldn't do what he told us to do (cut off our fruit trees to plant palm trees, throw all of my dad's equipment away, etc.). |
