| I am not really convinced with this proposal. If there will be some modification in the Healthcare Reform Provision, I think it should be fair for everybody including small business owners. But, so far the senate seems working out what could be the best amendment to be implemented. There might be some considerations to be given to small businesses but it should not mean to diminish the 1099 provision. Hope to get more updates on this. Thanks |
| I think this should be repealed immediately. As though it is intended to reduce tax evasion, those who are serious about tax evasion will still find a way around it, and the only ones who suffer will be the good law abiding citizens. There must be a better way to reduce tax evasion, much better than punishing those who are less well off and need a break themselves in order to survive. |
