The best way is to make book marks for your banking, social networking and other sites that you have to login to.EVERYTIME!!! That means EVERYTIME!! You want to access one of those sites use your bookmarks. If you get an email say from "facebook" about your password, use your bookmark and login. That way you KNOW you are logging into FACEBOOK. When you follow links from emails it is too easy for people to disguise the links and send you to a phishing page. NEVER follow a link from an email, even if the email is really from your bank... because you really don't know who it is really from! |
