I agree that finances and their services should be protected, though no internet protection is goign to be one hundred percent fail safe. If you even take the example of the chinese wall. It was breached, not by conquest, but by bribery. As long as humans are involved in the creation of something there is always going to be a backdoor that can be exploited and taken advantage of.
