Did anyone catch the two part episodes on Dr. Phil where he was trying to nab some people that were using his name to make money. There were a group of people that set up an 800 number where you would call and they would say you could talk to Dr. Phil and you had to wire money through western union to them. They were scamming people into giving them 500.00-2000.00 to get a phone call with Dr. Phil. I think the show ended where Dr. Phil is still working on prosecuting against them. Some people are just nuts!

Wow, WHO would pay 500 to 2 grand just to talk to Dr. Phil? I know people love Phil but this is a bit silly! So did Phil find them? Hope they get punished!

These people were very desperate that were trying to talk to Dr. Phil. They had a woman that actually was using social security money to pay for this. It is sad. But, think couseling from just a joe blow, is about 100.00 per hour. Really these ladies would negotiate. They would get out of people anything they could.

Yeah, exactly. He is more of an enterainer. He does have some really good moments but who is to say he's better than any other psycharists who ask for 100 per hour?

I think that Dr. Phil is overrated. Just because his claim to fame is being Oprah's mentor or whatever, doesn't mean that he is now the answer to everyone's problems. He's just kind of hokey to me.

Could you suggest a real good detox home. I live in LaBelle, FL and had back surgery in 2001 andhave been on heavy drugs andliquor since.

I began to watch the (3) part series that started airing on

November 19, 2007, About the bald guy who was suppose to be

a sex freak, and who spent the families vacation money that

was put away on porn, and who was also dipping his turtle in

other women besides his wife.After viewing the first part

that day, I could see how that could happen so I waited the

next day to watch part (2).Upon completion of watching part

(2) on November21, 2007, I came to the conclusion that this show

is as phony as jerry springer. let me explain.

In the airing of the show on Nov 20, 2007, the guy went from a sex freak to someone who raped women ( including his ex.)

and a murderer.Not only was he suppose to do this, he also

confessed to his wife of raping and murdering several people.

Here is the problem that I have with this.

I too live in Iowa, and believe me I wrote the book on lying

and on scamming. ( i could sell dr. phil an airconditioner

in the dead of winter) anyway there is no man going to tell

his wife that he is a rapist and a murderer just after she

found out for sure that he was screwing other women.( dont piss

on my head and tell me its raining).

Another thing, they supposedly had this investigation going

on in to this with the big boy cops here in Iowa, but no-one

seemed to ask his ex-wife if he had raped her, like he was

suppose to have confessed to his wife that he has now.

All I can say phil, keep looking at the camera every 30 seconds

I cant wait to see the screw ups in the final part of this

series. I know the ole doc phil is going to get this guy to

confess right there on his show that he in fact did rape and

murder those people, I just know it.

Dr, Phil you are the best, watch out springer.........

I'm trying to get ahold of the doctor phil people because i have a 24 year old neice who has a very rare kind of cancer and is losing her battle fast, Its a very rare form that nobody in the united states has had and only 6 cases known in japan in males 65 years and older. She needs help and I am praying he can help her, Can anybody help??????????? We live in owosso michigan and her name is kristie lacina and their phone number is 989-834-5425.
