Questions: Is uhaul's auto insurance provider responsible for providing or reimb

Thank author of this post/commentA uhaul truck smashed into my parked car at a local storage facility(private property), and the driver did not stop. Luckily the event was captured on camera. It has now been over 2 weeks since this happened and I have been without safe transportation. My question is if uhaul's insurance company is responsible for renting or reimbursing a rental vehicle while their investigation takes place. I have been told this could take up to 30 days.
