| Problems with tracker? I don't understand, our house got burgled months ago since then my mother insured everything and put a tracker on both cars so she rested assured that everything was safe. But the newest car got stolen today at 1:00 she precautions everything and even got wheel locks the tracker informed her that the car battery was being mettled with and to sms safe to the same number and she checked and notified them that the car had been stolen and they tracked the car and told her it was at another location but then told her they couldn't track the car anymore. Everything in her handbag went along after she had got her driver's licence that monday because during the burglary they took two of her hand bags and everything in them and now she has to start all over again. What i don't get is shouldn't the tracker people be penalised? They put it off like it wasn't any of their business and told her to contact her insurance. What was the point of the tracker? Why did she have to pay so much money if there was a possibility of them not being able to do something? What was the money for? Can we do something to penalise them? If the people just take out the battery and the tracker stops. . .shouldn't they have a system to stop that of the criminals? What's the point of them being there if it can be so easily deactivated? I am angry and i think something should be done. What can we do? |
