| Yahoo! Answers: General Discharge for The Army National Guard? I'm engaged now and will be getting married in the near future. I no longer wish to be in The Army National Guard. I haven't been to Basic Training or AIT, all I have been to is drills. I don't have ACU's or a Military ID. All I want is out so I can spend my life with my loved one. So, how can I get my General Discharge. My recruiter isn't helpful, which is understandable, his job is to keep me in. My First Sergent is gone on "business" and I have to wait till my next drill to speak with him apparently. The thing is that I ship that Monday after drill. Can I refuse to go to drill? Can I refuse to ship?I don't want to get carted off to jail, I just want out. |
