| There is a good and bad uses for such technology. On the part of a critical ongoing case, even a call for a warrant of arrest could endanger the life of any parties involve, with every minute wasted may mean the inevitable doom of a victim (referring to hostage crisis and kidnapping). Meanwhile, on the negative part, such technology amy be also used for bad purposes if ever the wrong people gets their hand on this technology. |
| Warrantless Cell Location Tracking might bring inconvenience to some people, but I think it will also allow the investigators handle cases well. Somehow, this kind of process disturbs the privacy of a phone subscriber, but I think it is done for a good purpose, so it is still acceptable. The police have a better way of tracking the location of a person using their phones so I think it will be a warning for them as well. |
