Are people caring enough?

Thank author of this post/commentI think a lot of people know that there are privacy issues on the web, but they just don't care a whole lot about it. We need to educate these people through forums like this and show them that they need to be aware and to take preventative action. Not a simple task to do.

Thank author of this post/commentQuite right. The fact that so many people fall for the scams online can only mean that they are not faintly aware of all the security issues. What amazes me is that people will go online at a public terminal in an airport or internet cafe and login to their bank accounts without being aware of the incredible risk they are taking by leaving their passwords on the terminal. It is hardly likely that most are savvy enough to know how to delete it from cache or whether this is even feasible on many of these terminals.

That is true, most of the times people are just too risky on doing things that is why most of the time they are being scammed and being fooled. I think it is very important for everyone to take care and make all of those private information into themselves. If you need to open up your mails at internet cafes you should always make sure that you are leaving not trace of your private stuffs.
