How secure are security companies themselves. They say that they are looking after your home when you aren't there and if there are intruders that they will send the police right away.

However, don't these companies have a lot of your information and if some low-life were to get employed by them would they still be as secure as they say they are?

You know in this day and age it is really getting hard to trust anyone even those that say they can be trusted. Mainly because they employ people and not all people can be trusted.

I've heard of people going off the deepend unexpectedly, e.g. shootings in schools, etc. so what's to say someone in a security company couldn't do the same and arrange for identity theft or even arrange to rob your home.

Scary thought isn't it?

A really big problem I think. When you research ID Theft I think you find that most of the theft is by people who are CLOSE to you. That might be family, friends or relatives... or others that are physically close.

Physical access to information is key. A security company will inherently be close to certain types of information, so you need to be especially careful!
