I always say that when you wish to sublet the best way to avoid the fakers and spam is still to advertise locally. Use the written media to avoid such annoying spam and at least by doing it this way you will receive genuine replies. Keep your chin up.

I just hate it when I receive spam emails. At first I thought they are some important updates I received online, but later I have read some articles about spam and I knew that I should not have accepted those spam emails. What could be the best remedy or option I may employ to get rid of these spam emails.

I hope to get great suggestions. Thank you and great day.

Who would want to have spam mails in their inbox? I myself would pay for anybody to help me out sorting good mails and spam mails in my inbox. I wonder how I can handle those spam mails and how I can keep them from bugging me. Hope you could all share here some good and useful information with regards to my concern. Thanks a lot and have a great day ahead to all of you.

Spam mails are definitely annoying and admittedly, unavoidable. A lot of people are also paid to send out spam mails to every other emails they know. Well, I also wonder where these people are getting the email addresses to which they are sending these spams. Anyway, as for the advertisement of your apartment, I still would suggest just like what Jason said, your local newspaper will surely help. Good luck!

There are probably more scam sites and fake renters or suppliers out there than we ever know so you should be careful. It's better to be safe than sorry, right? Perhaps, you can first try to post it in your Facebook account to ask your friends or friends of friends who might want to sublease your apartment. This way, you're sure that the person you are doing business with will not likely fool you.
