I was wondering if there was a way to speed up a laptop or PC. Besides of the obvious installing ram and stuff like that. Please let me know my kids PC has slowed down a lot, I have run virus checks and a spyware check on the PC. It had like three spywares on it. That was about it. Still running slow though.

Our kids' computer was slowing up too. Since they didn't really have anything on there that was of importance, we just did a system restore and it did the trick!

If you're willing to spend a few bucks then get yourself spyware doctor. It's the best one out there from my experience. Also make sure you have good anti virus protection. There are free alternatives for both anti virus and spyware removal if it's for personal use.
