| Yahoo! Answers: How can I tell if my cell phone has been wiretapped? I was on the phone today and dialed a museum which had one of those menu options like press 1 for this and 2 for that etc. I hadnt pressed anything, but i heard a sound as if someone had pressed a number because the voice in the menu then said "sorry you made an invalid selection". I wonder now if i I maybe be wiretapped? Like someone was listening in and accidentally hit the key which prompted the menu to say "wrong selection". I called the museum again, but the same error didnt occir again. Could it just have been a phone error? How could I tell if I was being wiretapped? Can anyone wiretapping you even dial numbers or can they solely listen? What can i do about it? I know this sounds crazy but with all the crap the government has been pulling lately, I wonder. I am quite opinionated politically etc |
