Answers: If Tea Partiers like smaller government, why didn't they protest Think about it, the Bush administration implemented warrantless wiretapping on American citizens and the suspension of habeus corpus that allowed the government to simply arrest and detain Americans indefinitely WITHOUT TRIAL so long as they were arbitrarily labelled "unlawful enemy combatants." No Tea Party protests. The Bush administration blew through 5 TRILLION DOLLARS, doubling the national debt in just 8 years. No Tea Party protests. But now with a Democrat in the White House, all of a sudden big government and spending is evil. Isn't it time to see the Tea Partiers for what they are: hypocrites? |
