Good to hear that our freedom is being performed and being given justice by the government. It is us, citizens of this country should protect our constitution from destructive people. I am glad that our government took actions with this illegal wiretapping of conversations from highest personnel of the government to the ordinary civilian of this country. Our security lies on the system of government we have. We need to practice our rights to express our thoughts with the different issues concerning our freedom. Be wakeful to what is happening around us.
It is really terrible if there are people getting involved in illegal wiretapping. It should be prohibited. I hope that President Obama can really make necessary actions to stop this kind of crime. What he just said to enhancing the security of America was quite convincing so I hope that he can really do what he said for the welfare of the people. Thank you and great day to all.
Great, now all you need to do is expand the list of citizens suspected of a crime. Sure I do agree with going back to the constitution. My only question is, what has he been doing in office for the past four years? Why now is he talking about this? I'll listen to him when he shows me what he has done with the power we have already given him.
I do not think that wiretapping would be a better idea to surveillance or to acquire some information from people. Well, I believe that all of us have rights and that rights must always be respected. And the right to privacy surely is one important one that each and every one of us wants to really maintain at all cost. But well, maybe at some point, these technology can be used. But as long as it is not necessary, better not go for it.
It is a difficult subject. Yes, I think so. To me this is the basis of the problem. When you have a country´s security on the scale I think that it may be legitimate to violate some abstract "human right" to protect the citizens. Of course, it must be thought about and a proper procedure put in place, right, but if there is doubt about terrorist activity, by all means go ahead and nail the b....s!
